BOONI: A van carrying children from Aga Khan School Charun to Reshun caught fire suddenly, completely destroying the vehicle, but all the children were safely rescued.
According to the Upper Chitral district administration, the incident occurred while the flying coach was transporting students from Charun towards Reshun. The vehicle caught fire unexpectedly before being engulfed in flames.
A Rescue 1122 team reached the site and brought the fire under control. All the children aboard the vehicle were safely evacuated and later sent to their homes.
The administration appreciated the timely response of Rescue 1122 and reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring the safety and protection of children during emergencies.
