PML-N Lower Chitral Reaffirms Confidence in Leadership

Chitral, April 24, 2026: Pakistan Muslim League (N) Lower Chitral at a meeting here reaffirmed its confidence on the distr6leaderdhip of the party.

The meeting was chaired by Muzaffaruddin, with participation from local leaders and party workers.

During the meeting, participants expressed full confidence in the central and provincial leadership, including Nawaz Sharif, Shehbaz Sharif, Engineer Amir Muqam, and District President Abdul Wali Khan Abid.

Speakers said that under the leadership of the district president, the party had become more organized and active, adding that renewed energy and enthusiasm had been created among workers.

They reiterated their commitment to strengthening the party at the grassroots level and addressing public issues effectively.

The participants noted that the people of Chitral have strong expectations from PML-N, and the party will continue to play its role in meeting those expectations in the future.

It was also highlighted during the meeting that multi-billion-rupee development projects are currently underway in both districts of Chitral, which are expected to bring a new era of progress and improve access to basic facilities.

The meeting emphasized that there is no factionalism within the party, and all leaders and workers remain united on one platform.

Speaking on the occasion, Abdul Wali Khan Abid said that party workers are the real asset of PML-N and their decisions and opinions will be respected at every level.

It may be noted that the meeting was held in the backdrop of social media rumors that the president of the PML-N Lower Chitral had decided to quit the post expressing frustration over unmet announcements regarding completion of Chitral’s mega projects by the federal government.
