Mastuj, Nov 21, 2025: A wildfire broke out in bushes in a forested area of Chinar village in Mastuj, Rescue 1122 said on Friday.
Rescue 1122 officials said the fire had erupted in dense wild bushes and nearby trees, posing a potential threat to the adjoining settlement. Upon receiving the emergency call, a team of firefighters reached the location with a fire vehicle and launched the firefighting operation.
Thanks to the timely, coordinated and efficient action of Rescue 1122 personnel, the flames were contained before they could spread toward the populated area.
Five firefighters, supported by a fully equipped fire vehicle, took part in the operation. Approximately 15,000 litres of water was used to extinguish the blaze.
