CHITRAL: A social activist belonging to Bumburate valley of Lower Chitral died after falling from an under-construction building due to unavailability of medical treatment in the snowbound area.
Local people told media that Sher Anjum, 25, son of Sultan-e-Rome, was a social activist and also a sportsman. He along with other youth of the village was playing snow golf when the ball fell on the rooftop of the under-construction model police station building.
Anjum climbed the building and while coming down with the ball fell down and sustained injuries. Due to blockade of the road, the injured could not be taken to any hospital in Chitral town. As a result, he passed away at his home.–Muhkam Uddin Ayuni
