Winter snow festival begins in Upper Chitral

BOONI: The first ever winter snow festival of Upper Chitral organized by the district administration started at Qaqlasht near Booni on Monday.

Commissioner Malakand Division Zahirul Islam was the chief guest at the inaugural day of the two-day festival.

A large number of youth from across Chitral are taking part in the snow sport activities, including skiing, skating, along with paragliding and local traditional games.
