BANG: On public complaints, Assistant Director Local Government Department Upper Chitral, Mr Misbahuddin, on Sunday visited the dilapidated bridge in front of Patrangaz village of Yarkhun and ordered its immediate repair.
The bridge was closed to traffic due to its poor condition a few months ago. It connects Meragram 2, Imit, Pardan and Urkhan villages with the main Chitral-Yarkhun road.
Visiting the bridge along with secretary Union Council Bang, Syed Shahabuddin, the assistant director promised that within 10 days the bridge would be repaired and opened to traffic.
