Chitral Falcons wins first ever CFL final

DROSH: Chitral Falcons won the first Chitral Football League (CFL) cup championship after beating the Pakistan Army by one to zero goal here on Thursday. 

The final match was played at Col Murad Stadium in front of thousands of people on Thursday afternoon. 

In a press statement before the start of the event,  Ideal Club Drosh president Kamal Abdul Jamil had said CFL season-1 was being organized under the patronage of Shahzada Hasham Ul Mulk and DFA Chitral was also supporting the event.

He said it would be a remarkable event in the sports history of Chitral as Chitral will host league football for the first time in which players from across the country will participate while franchises have been booked by teams from Buner, Swabi, Peshawar and Mardan.
