Woman shot dead

CHITRAL: A 55-year-old woman was shot dead in a pasture in Jinjiret Koh, Lower Chitral, on Sunday, according to local police. 

Munwer Khan, the husband of the woman, lodged an FIR in Drsoh police station, nominating three persons in the murder.

He alleged that the three men shot his wife dead in Gazgol and fled over a dispute related to the pasture.

The police conducted a postmortem on the body and have started an investigation into the allegation of the complainant to ascertain the facts.–Syed Nazir Hussain
