New checkpost set up to document travellers to Chitral

CHITRAL: Levies checkpost set up on southern side of Lowari tunnel to monitor, documents all those coming to Chitral today, according to DC Lower Chitral.

People returning to their villages in both Lower and Upper Chitral from different cities are being shifted by police to nearest quarantine centres set up at govt buildings where they will be monitored for Covid-19.

So far there is no confirmed case of the virus in Chitral as three suspected patients admitted in a hospitals in Peshawar tested negative for the virus.
