Former DEO Qazi Mehboob Elahi dies

CHITRAL: Former district education officer (DEO) Qazi Mehboob Elahi passed away after a short illness on Wednesday. He was 81.

The former DEO wasd laid to rest at Seenlasht Chitral on Thursday.
