A student, Furqan Ullah Qazi, son of retired Col Ikram Ullah of Baleem in Laspur valley, has got position in Army Public School Abbottabad in Matric annual exam 2018 of the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education by scoring 1,013 marks out of 1,100 marks (92%).
Col Ikram Ullah had also topped in Malakand division in matric exam 1971 of the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Peshawar. Furqan Ullah Qazi succeeded to maintain the track record of his family.
On inquiry, about his outstanding achievement, Furqan Ullah Qazi said the blessings of Almighty Allah, parents’ prayers, proper guidance, friendly learning environment at home and academic support of teachers and his own hardworking were the driving forces behind his great achievement. In his opinion, if a student is fully committed and willing to do something extraordinarily, they must be among toppers.
His father said his son is an intelligent, self-disciplined and smart learner. He is desirous to become an army officer to serve the nation in better way. –Dur Wali Khan
