Qaqlasht festival delayed until 21st

BOONI: After making a major change in the committee to arrange the annual Qaqlasht festival, it was decided here on Thursday that the three-day annual event would begin on April 21. Earlier, the committee had announced to start the festival on April 14. The decision was taken after the committee met with its new chairman, Assistant Commissioner Mastuj Hamidullah Khan, in the chair. While all the members remained the same, the former chairman Mukhtar Ahmed Sangeen was made the vice-chairman of the committee. It was also decided that the toss for all the matches would be held on April 19. It may be mentioned that this year, teams from different parts of the KP province would also attend the event. The polo team of Gilgit-Baltistan has also been invited to the festival.]]>
