Why no NTS centre in Chitral?

Chitral is a very least developed district but with a high literacy rate in the KP province. The inhabitants of Chitral are very hard workers but are financially weak. ntsAny person from the district chitral who wants to appear in any NTS test has to spend almost four to five thousand rupees, which is impractical for many of the youths. The populace of Chitral is economically weak. Many unemployed youth, both male and female, from Chitral are in Peshawar and other nearby districts. They go to Peshawar just to appear in NTS test as the initial screening test for the SST posts advertised by the KP government under the Directorate of Elementary and Secondary education. There are many others who didn’t appear in the test as it is too costly for them as they have to travel to other districts of KP just to appear in the test. I here request the authorities of NTS, Govt. officials and the MPAs and MNA from Chitral to take certain steps for the inhabitants of this remote district of the province. We demand for a separate test centres for district chitral. The NTS officials have opened their test centres in the different districts of KP but why not in Chitral where the education rate is much better than other districts. Here I make a humble request to the concern authorities to take appropriate measures so that most of the inhabitants and deserving unemployed youth of the area can take part in the test and avail most of the job opportunities advertised by NTS.
