Tests begin for filling vacant posts of teachers
Twins children wait outside the centre while their mothers appear in the NTS test.[/caption] Report Waqar Ahmed CHITRAL, Feb 21: The National Testing Service (NTS) started conducting written test for the posts of teachers in Chitral in phases on Friday. On the first day, hundreds of candidates appeared in the test conducted by the NTS in collaboration wth RCDP Chitral at the Government Postgraduate College for Commerce and Management Sciences. The test was held for the following categories of vacant seats Male PST,35, CT,16, PET 4, DM 4, AT 2, TT 8, Qari 1. Total number of seats 70. For females, PST 26, CT 11, PET 6, DM 6, AT 2, TT 1 and the total posts ate 52. The RCDP manager Engineer Taimur Shah was also present with NTS staff during the test. EDO Chitral Nisar Ahmed with principal of the commerce college Sahibudin observed the exam hall and termed the process transparent and satisfactory. It may be noted that a large number of women candidates had come to the centre along with their children. Two of the candidates had also brought their twin sons who were waiting with their relatives outside the examination hall.]]>
