Sacked border policemen want their jobs back
CHITRAL, Dec 3: The former officials of district border police Chitral, who were sent on forced retirement in April, have appealed to the chief minister to reinstate them. Addressing a press conference here on Tuesday, the former officials of border police Noor Azam Khan, Burhanuddin and others said that 102 personnel of the force were retired forcedly after the promulgation of the new Levies Rules.They said that they were sent home in utter violation of the new rules according to which they were entitled to continue their service.
