PK-90 case hearing put off to Dec 4

PESHAWAR, Nov 27: The election tribunal here on Wednesday morning put off further hearing of the recounting case to December 4. The tribunal was to hear the arguments of the lawyers of the MPA Ghulam Muhammad and his challenger Sardar Hussain about the complaints lodged by the former against the report of the two-member commission which recounted the rejected and postal ballots papers and submitted its report to the tribunal in the first week of October giving a one-vote lead to Sardar Hussain. However, due to a strike by the lawyers the proceedings could not be initiated.]]>
