'Money used to defeat PML-N in Chitral'
CHITRAL, June 8: Leaders of Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N0 at a press conference here on Saturday demanded construction of hydropower stations in Chitral to end loadshedding. Former MPA Saeed Ahmad, Fazal Rahim Advocate and other PML-N leaders said Chitral was facing the longest loadshedding despite having the capacity to produce about 15,000 megawatts of electricity. They also said wheelbarrows, mobile phone sets and cash were distributed among the voters during the general elections in PK-90, upper Chitral, to defeat the PML-N candidate. In reply to a question, they said work on the Lowari tunnel would not be roll-backed during the PML-N government.—GH Farooqui]]>
