District education officers

PESHAWAR, Jan 1: The elementary and secondary education department on Tuesday separated male and female district education officers (DEOs) in all the districts. The step was taken in accordance with the implementation of the Local Government Act 2012. All the male EDOs were made DEOs male, while as there was no female EDOs so district officers female working in grade 18 were posted as acting DEOs female, according to a notification issued here.Similarly, all the deputy district officers have been made sub-divisional education officers.]]>
