CHITRAL: Traders Union President Shabir Ahmed supervised cleaning of a drain in front of Shahi Masjid Chitral that remained choked for weeks creating problems for the locals and commuters.
In a press release, it was stated that the choking of the drain had also become a nuisance for hundreds of people coming to the mosque to offer prayers.
It said the traders union president in collaboration with the staff of the C&W department worked day and night and cleared the blocked drain.
