Imran should not be blamed for Chitral's issues

In a statement issued here, he said had the MNA, MPAs and the local government elected representatives discharged their responsibilities honestly the situation in Chitral would have been different.

I am sorry to say that instead of working for the betterment of the people of Chitral the elected representatives including the MNA, MPAs and the LG members have been involved in political point scoring.

The ISF leader said after coming to power in the province, the PTI government allocated record amount for education and police reforms and also held the LG elections which had been delayed by previous governments. He also said that after the natural calamities the PTI-led government took all the steps to rehabilitate the affected people but due to the differences and legg pulling among the elected representatives of Chitral most of the rehabilitation projects in the districts faced delays. He said the PTI should not be blamed for all the issues as other political parties and their local leaders failed to meet the expectations of the people.]]>
