BISHKEK: The 6th World Nomad Games have officially begun in Kyrgyzstan, bringing together athletes from around the world to compete in traditional sports associated with nomadic cultures.
Pakistan’s delegation received a warm reception during the event. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif stood to acknowledge the Pakistani contingent as it entered the ceremony, while spectators also applauded the athletes.
The World Nomad Games are an international sporting event dedicated to traditional games and sporting disciplines from Central Asia and other nomadic cultures.
Pakistani athletes will compete in various traditional sporting disciplines, representing the country at the international event in Kyrgyzstan.
