Booni, April 26, 2026: A man died in an apparent accidental firing incident in the Mulkhow area of Upper Chitral on Sunday morning.
According to locals, Minhajuddin, son of Zain-ul-Abideen and a resident of Honlasht Warijun, was reportedly hit by a bullet from his own gun around 11am.
He had gone out for hunting earlier in the day. Family members said they heard a gunshot from within the house premises and rushed to the spot, where they found him critically injured. He could not survive the incident.
The deceased was serving in the laboratory at THQ Hospital Booni.
