LASPUR, Chitral, Aug 14, 2025: Police have booked a teacher at Government High School Harchin.
He allegedly harassed a 15-year-old 10th-grade student. The teacher reportedly lured her with promises of marriage. The FIR says he met her several times but later broke his promise. He also allegedly threatened her life.
Local elders passed a resolution demanding strict action against him. Upper Chitral police registered an FIR and started legal proceedings. The case raises serious concerns about student safety and teacher accountability in the region.
