CCHITRAL, Aug 13: Shehzada Khalid Parvez, former Chairman of Tehsil Drosh, has announced he is rejoining the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP).
In a statement, he said that he will officially join the party soon. He has already met with the PPP Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provincial president and the KP Governor Faisal Karim Kundi to discuss his return.
Before this, Shehzada Khalid Parvez left PPP to join Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Parliamentarians (PTI-P). This faction was led by former Chief Minister Pervez Khattak. In the 2024 general elections, he lost the PK-2 seat to the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) candidate.
