CHITRAL: Senior PML-N leader and Chairman of the Prime Minister’s Youth Program Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan visited Chitral.
At a public gathering, he highlighted national unity, youth empowerment, and PML-N’s longstanding commitment to the region.
He said hostile forces aim to divide Pakistan along religious and ethnic lines, but the nation has consistently resisted such attempts. He condemned Indian aggression and human rights violations in occupied Kashmir, reaffirming Pakistan’s unwavering stance.
Calling youth the backbone of the nation, Rana Mashhood noted that 64% of the population is under 30. He encouraged young people to take full advantage of government programs designed to empower them in the digital era.
He also recalled PML-N’s development work in Chitral, including projects worth over Rs150 billion during Nawaz Sharif’s government, as proof of the party’s commitment to the region.
After the event, a local delegation briefed him on the “Lotkhoh Road, Lotkhoh Vote” campaign, which received his attention and support.
Local leaders and citizens welcomed his visit as a hopeful sign for the area’s development.
