All four flights to Gilgit cancelled

ISLAMABAD: Flight operations to Skardu have been partially restored, but due to bad weather all four flights to Gilgit scheduled for today have been cancelled.

A national airline flight from Islamabad to Skardu has departed, while six private flights from Lahore and Islamabad to Skardu are facing delays, PIA authorities said in Islamabad.

Yesterday, eight flights at Skardu Airport could not operate due to poor weather conditions.

Additionally, four international flights from Dubai to Lahore and Islamabad have also been cancelled today.
