Seven family members killed, house burnt over land dispute

QUETTA: As many as seven members of a family were killed and their house burnt down by armed men over a land dispute in a village located in the Suhbatpur district of Balochistan.

Police and district administration officials said that house was attacked by rivals of the family on Wednesday night.

According to the police, seven members of the same family, including a woman and three children, were killed in the firing. The house was also burnt down by the attackers.

The police said the incident took place over a land dispute and further investigation was underway. The search for the attackers has been launched..
