CHITRAL: The road between Lower and Upper Chitral was blocked after a truck broke down in the middle of the narrow road at Karbiteli on Monday.
As a result, commuters remained stuck on both sides for hours. Most of the travellers, including women, were seen walking towards their destinations in nearby areas after no help came from the departments concerned to reopen the road.
