CHITRAL: A resident of Gazzal village in Lotkoh, Ayat Khan, was arrested by the local police after recovery of over one kg charas from his possession.
In a statement, the Lower Chitral police on Thursday said a crackdown launched against drug peddlers on the direction of the regional police officer under the supervision of the DPO will continue.
A few days ago, a woman from Izz village was also arrested with over one kg of charas at Chew bridge.
