Youth finds Rs0.5m on roadside and returns it to owner

A young man from Rayin village of Torkhow won praise for returning an amount of half a million rupees to a man who had lost it a week ago.

Mr Dinar through the social media said he had lost the cash somewhere between Shagram bakery and  Surwaht and appeal to anyone finding the cash to return to him.

The young man from Rayin identified as Fazluddin found the cash and called Dinar on his cell number which he had mentioned in a post on social media and handed over the cash to him.

In recognition of his honesty, Dinar gave him a Rs40,000 award but it is indeed not worth the respect and praise this young man won from people of Chitral.
