Public satisfied with performance of SDPO, says LG members

DROSH: The local people are satisfied with the performance of the subdivisional police officer (SDPO) Drsh circle, said members of the local government at a meeting here today.

The meeting was also attended by Maulana Inamul Haq, member of district council from Asriat, Moulana Mehmudul Hassan, member district council from Drosh, Haji Roidar Sajid, member tehsil council from Asrait, Sher Nazir, member tehsil council from Shishikoh, Abdul Salam, member tehsil council from Drosh-I, VC Nazim Shishikoh Abdul Qayum, VC Nazim Madaklasht Qazi Khurshid and others.

The meeting discussed the recent statement issued by some VC nazims against SDPO Drosh Zafar Ahmed and said that this was personal views of few VC Nazims and the meeting disassociated from it.

They added that SDPO Zafar Ahmad is a devoted, hard working and honest officer who had proved himself to be proactive against anti social elements. During his stay in Drosh, he has given respect to people from all walks of life that’s why the people of Drosh were satisfied from his services.
