Commandant eulogizes outgoing photographer’s work

CHITRAL: Commandant eulogizes outgoing photographer’s work in his office. Speaking on the occasion, Col Nizam said that he was so impressed by the dedication, professionalism and commitment of the photographer in rendering valuable services for the Scouts as well as the area by preserving different events through the lense of his camera and highlighting issues of the area.

He said people like Nazir Ahmed were the assets of the paramilitary force. He expressed the hope that Mr Nazir would continue highlighting the issues of Chitral even after his retirement. The commandant also presented gifts and souvenirs to the outgoing photographer on the occasion.

Among others, Lt Col Shabbir, Lt Col Attiq and Maj Kashif were also preset. It may be noted that during his visit to Chitral last year, Chief of Army Staff Gen Raheel Sharif had also awarded Mr Nazir with a special trophy and cash awards.—Bashir Hussain Azad
