He also directed that all MPAs and heads of all tiers of local governments to chalk out effective mechanism at the district level for checking performance of the devolved departments as well as schools, hospitals and other services facilities in their respective districts and also take measures to redress complains against such institutions. Responding to various phone calls in his Complaint Cell at CM Secretariat on Monday, the chief minister said village councilors had already been directed to keep vigilance over education and health institutions as well as district departments to check their service delivery and performance and inform concerned forum if they find any wrongdoing in them.
