Chitrali students protest non-refund of waived fee

The protesters said the university administration had adopted delaying tactics in refunding the fee even though the governor KP had directed all the public sector universities to waive the annual fee of Chitrali students in the wake of the July-Aug floods. The protesters were carrying banners and chanting slogans saying that refund of the fee was their right. They asked teh university admin to refund the fee without any furtehr delay.]]>
