Youth slaughters parents near Ayun

The police said the accused, identified as Muhammad Irfan, an alleged drug addict, wanted to sell off his property but the parents did not allow him to do so. In the past too, he had tried on many occasions to kill his parents. Early on Saturday, when his father, Mr Kashif, went to Fajr prayers the accused slit the throat of his mother. Upon the return of the father, he also killed him in the same manner. The locals said the accused escaped from the home after committing the crime but was later arrested at Ispagh Lasht. The police took the bodies into custody and shifted them to the District Headquarters Hospital for autopsy ad later handed them over to their relatives for burial. Further investigations into the double-murder case are underway.]]>
