Unruly truck drivers beat Chitrali passenger
PESHAWAR, June 7: There was a massive traffic jam on the Lowari top in the Dir side after a Chitral-bound truck broke down in the middle of the road at the turn near Chitral Scouts picket.
Hundreds of people going to Chitral and from Chitral to down country remained stuck there for hours. In the meantime, no officials from the law enforcement agencies or the NHA came to the help of the passengers.
When the truck was removed, other heavy vehicles kept the road blocked. One of the Chitrali passengers asked the truckers to let the passenger vehicles move to their destinations first. But this request angered the truck drivers and conductors who fell upon the passenger from Kosht and beat him up. Other Chitrali fellows looked as a silent spectators but a few of them rescued the man from the brutal truck drivers.
People on the occasion said that there should be regular patrolling by law enforcement agencies on the mountainous road to maintain traffic sense and save the passengers from such ordeal.]]>

Dr.khalil catagerizing upper chitralis in the portion isnt quite fair because lower chitralis know their knife liked language. Besides this most of them are in laws of the lower chitralis so they know their tempet well.
Upper Chitral is the only place which you can call real Chitral as rest of the parts especially Chitral town has been occupied by pathans. As far as your allegations I don’t think the man was upper Chitral and what about the people of upper Chitral who are regularly being beaten up by pathan during the holy month of ramadan when it’s about to break the fast. And the thung which you call beghairati, I am percent agree with my friend Dr Khalil.
