@ Dr. Badshah Munir Bukhari
Badasha Sir u r right. but u be happy, u will be made V.C when a few rooms university is established in chitral.
We appreciate the earnest efforts of MPA Bibi Fouazia for a full-fledged university in Chitral. She has been instrumental in upgrading both university campuses into independent universities. Of course there are financial constraints in the half way to her efforts as the PTI government has allocated huge sums of money for Lowari Tunnel project and work on that project is in full swing. It is said that the now tunnel widening is fifty per cent completed. For all these major development initiatives we are highly grateful to the district political leadership especially the MPA Bibi Fauzia.
How we name these four rooms institutes as an University and gathering of a few local people an international conference? This is the 21st century plz don’t make the world fool, Chitrali needs a university.
We are requesting the honourable MPA(Fauzia Bibi) and Dr Khan Bahadar and other provincial authorities that we the Chitralis do not need more campuses but a fully-fledged university in Chitral. These paper-based and file-based universities are only a source of under-table income for the corrupt mafia in the providence. Many of the Chitrali scholars, educationists and civil society members already have expressed concern about these fake campuses. If the govt desires to spend rupees 500 million only on a campus why this money is not being used to open a new fully-fledged university in Chitral. We are demanding to abolish these campuses. The “UNVERSITY OF CHITRAL” IS THE NEED OF THE TIME. This is our right not a privilege.
