Students' role in society highlighted

CHITRAL, June 27: Students from different schools took part in a declamation contest organized by the Pakistan Thinkers Forum here. The topic of the contest was ‘Today’s students can play an active role in development of the nation’. The students spoke in favour and against of the topic. Speaking in support of the topic, Alvina Ghazi of the Aga Khan High School Booni remained first, Irshadul Haq of Muslim Model School Drosh second and Fasihuddin of Chitral Public School and College third. Speaking against the topic, Salman Ilahi of Drosh Public School Drosh got first, Irshad Faraz of Govt High School Drosh second and Sabira Bibi from the PPC College Seenlasht third positions. In all students from 14 educational institutions took part in the contest and they were given medals and certificates at the end of the function.
