CHITRAL: The domicile certificate is now being issued online to facilitate the applicants in getting the document without going through the hassle of visiting different offices.
Under the new system, the applicant has to just download the app and fill out the form and apply for the domicile certificate.
The first e-domicile was handed over to a student from Ayun by Deputy Commissioner Lower Chitral Muhammad Imran Khan today.
