MULTAN, Aug 9: Police in Multan arrested a man on Saturday for killing his daughter and three young grandchildren during a dispute over land and family matters in Malook Basti.
The suspect attacked his daughter and her children — aged between two months and three years — after a heated argument, police said. The victims died at the scene.
Officers registered a case, took the suspect into custody, and sent the bodies for post-mortem examination. Investigators are gathering evidence to determine the exact sequence of events.
