PESHAWAR: Former provincial minister and PPP Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Vice President Saleem Khan met Governor Faisal Karim Kundi and sought his help in getting the Chitral-Garam Chashma-Dorah Pass Road project included in the federal PSDP again.
During the meeting, Saleem Khan submitted a formal request to include the project in the Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP).

He urged PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari to fulfill his 2023 promise to the people of Chitral by ensuring the road\’s inclusion in this year’s Annual Development Program (ADP).
Governor Kundi assured Saleem Khan that he would personally deliver the request to PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. He committed to securing the project’s placement in the 2025–26 ADP and allocating funds based on the approved PC-1.
Former Nazim Sarfraz Shah also joined the meeting. Governor Kundi pledged to allocate sufficient funds through the federal PSDP for other development projects in Chitral and announced plans to visit the area soon.
