Addressing the participants, Mukhtar Lal called upon local authorities, law enforcement agencies and the community to extend their full cooperation in facilitating the event.
The proposed start date for the festival is April 17, subject to weather conditions. The final decision will be made during the committee’s next meeting, scheduled for April 10, following a telephonic consultation with committee Chairman Sikandarul Mulk.
The committee members later visited the festival venue where traffic police in-charge Attaur Rehman briefed them on traffic management plan, which includes separate routes for incoming and outgoing traffic to ensure a smooth and safe flow for tourists and attendees.
