BOONI: The prestigious Pamir Public School and College Booni was handed over to AKES at a ceremony held at the office of Ismaili Regional Council, Upper Chitral.
The controlling body of the institution, namely Pamir Education Society formally transferred the possession of the school and college to AKES officials.
Established in the 1980s by the civil society of Upper Chitral, Pamir Public School and College being the first private school in the area has done a tremendous job in imparting quality education to thousands of students who are now serving in various sectors.
Ismaili Regional Council Upper Chitral President Imtiaz Alam expressed his gratitude to the stakeholders of the school for their generosity in transferring the institute. He expressed the hope that under the supervision of the new administration the school will continue serving the people of Upper Chitral with more resources and capability.
