This shows incompetency of the department, irresponsibility of the people. Where has “cleanliness is half faith gone”. cleanliness is godliness. In a very short span of time Chitral will look like KARACHI, full of dirt, filth and garbage. Here comes the duty of civil society, when govt fails, civil society has stand up and mobilize the citizens.
