BOONI: A vocational training centre has been opened for women in Booni, the headquarters of Upper Chitral.
The centre is aimed at providing training to women of the area in different skills such as sewing, embroidery and fashion designing. The centre will also supply uniforms to different schools to generate revenue. A large number of people from different walks of life attended the opening ceremony, says a press release.
