CHITRAL: A teenage boy who had gone missing from his house in Barenis on Aug 17, 2023, was recovered from a hotel in Chitral town on Saturday.
The office of the deputy commissioner Lower Chitral in a statement said that taking notice of social media posts, the administration launched search for the boy.
\”On information provided by an informant, additional assistant commissioner Shehroz Mufti recovered the boy from a hotel and along with the hotel owner handed him over to the police for further legal action.\”
BOY MISSING
Jawad Ahmed, son of Shafi Uddin, resident of Barenis village in Lower Chitral, is missing after leaving his home yesterday.
His family has appealed for help to trace out Jawad.

It may be noted that on Aug 18, the Lower Chitral police issued a statement that Jawad Ahmed, son of Shafi Uddin of Barenis, had gone missing.
The police said anyone with information about the boy can contact the police or the father of the boy.
