PESHAWAR: The directorate of higher education has been upgraded to the directorate general of higher education in the KP province.
According to a notification issued by the government, there will be three regional directorates along the directorate general KP with separate jurisdictions.
The three directorates are: regional directorate of higher education south at Bannu, regional directorate of higher education Malakand at Swat and regional directorate of higher education Hazara at Abbottabad.
The directorate genera based in Peshawar will be looking after other areas such as Charsadda, Nowshera, Mardan and Peshawar district.
