Wazirzada welcomes new entrants to PTI
GARAM CHASHMA: KP Chief minister’s special assistant Wazirzda MPA welcomed scores of people to the ruling PTI who joined it after saying goodbye to their own parties.
The political activists joined the PTI during a visit by Mr Wazirzada to Garam Chashma. Local leaders of the PTI were also present on the occasion.
The new entrants to the PTI included Ziarat village council nazim Umre Khan, councillors Mumtaz Ali Bhutto, Aleem Khan, Havaldar Zorawar Shah, Sher Wazir, Durdana Khan, Muhamamd Wali, Islam Shah, Sher Ahmed, Zahiruddin, Afsaruddin, Pyar Ali, Shujauddin and Navroz Khan.
Speaking on the occasion, Wazirzada said Prime Minister Imran Khan had allocated Rs65 billion for the construction of roads in Chitral and handed over the amount to the NHA.
He said people of Chitral had not elected even one member to parliament from the platform of PTI from Chitral but even then the PTI leadership allocated special women’s seat in KP assembly to Bibi Fouzia, made him as an MPA on a minority set and then special assistant to the chief minister and also made a Chitrali woman member of the Senate.–GH Frooqui
