Call to reconstruct pedestrian bridge

BOONI: The dilapidated condition of a pedestrian bridge over Yarkhun river has put the lives of the locals at risk.

Talking to ChitralToday on phone, residents of the area said the bridge connects Sholkoch and Wasum villages. It has been in poor condition for years putting lives of the pedestrians in danger.

They called upon the government to allocate funds for the construction of the bridge.–Sher Afgan
