CHITRAL: A four-day immunization campaign started in Chitral on Friday. Deputy Commissioner Irshad Sodhar formally launched the campaign by immunizing children at the Mother and Child Hospital.
“The campaign was deferred due to the validation of the microplans and reorganization of teams in far-flung areas,” the DC office stated.
It said the deputy commissioner had directed the coordinator for the Expanded Programme for Immunization (EPI) to ensure monitoring of the campaign so that no child was missed during the campaign.
